Description

This Thermo Scientific HPLC contains the next modules:

Dionex ST-3000 without degasser

Securely organize up to nine 1L eluent bottles using the Thermo Scientific™ SR-3000 Solvent Rack without desgassers. Placed on top of your Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ UltiMate™ 3000 system stack, the solvent rack without a degasser supports pumps with integrated degassers. It is recommended in combination with all UltiMate 3000 Quaternary RSLC, Standard, and Micro Pumps with internal degassers (LPG-3400RS/SD/AB/M/MB). Its compact design conserves valuable bench space. The tray is resistant to the most commonly used HPLC solvents and buffer solutions and enables easy cleaning and maintenance.

Dionex LPG-3400SD

The LPG-3400SD pump is ideally-suited for method development as well as analytical research and routine analysis in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage and environmental industries. It supports short sub-2μm particle columns for faster analysis while consuming less solvent.

Dionex WPS-3000SL Analytical

Enjoy wide application flexibility in a cost-effective, dependable autosampler. The Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ UltiMate™ Standard Well Plate Autosampler is highly versatile in sample format and injection volume. It can rapidly, accurately and precisely inject from 1 to 100μL for conventional LC and up to 62 MPa (9000 psi) for UHPLC applications. The in-line split-loop (flow-through) injection design puts the needle and sample loop directly in the high-pressure fluid path. Combined with an external needle wash option, carryover is essentially eliminated.
Flexible Formats for Low-Flow Applications

The sample rack handles up to three well plates (96 or 384 wells—sealed or unsealed) or sample vial trays in any combination. Run your samples in the same format used for preparation. You can even exchange sample plates during a run. An optional cooler preserves thermolabile samples by chilling to 4°C. The UltiMate 3000 RSLCnano Well Plate Autosampler (WPS-3000TPLRS) is the ideal solution for chromatographers looking to work with the highest injection precision at nano, capillary and micro flow rates in UHPLC applications.

Dionex TCC-3200

  • Thermoelectric elements heat or actively cool the column chamber and all internal components to the desired temperature. Using a heat exchanger, they allow fast temperature changes and ensure independence from the ambient temperature, even if the temperature set point is below the ambient temperature.
  • The TCC allows compartment cooling by max. 18K from the ambient temperature. The lower temperature limit is +5 °C.
  • The columns can be warmed up to max. +85 °C. An increase in temperature from 20 °C to 50 °C is typically realized in 15 minutes.
  • Temperature control allows keeping the column temperature constant. If the ambient temperature changes during the analysis, the increased heating or cooling ensures that the column temperature remains constant. The maximum deviation is ± 0.1 °C.
  • The column chamber provides room for six columns of different length (maximum length: 30 cm). An electronic column identification module allows GLP-compliant documentation of the column type and all important column parameters.
  • Depending on the configuration, the TCC is equipped with one or two column switching valves, for example, for applications that require different columns at frequent intervals at similar temperatures.
  • If necessary, an eluent preconditioner can be installed in the column chamber to bring the solvent to the column temperature before the solvent enters the column . This avoids temperature gradients on the column.
  • Various safety and monitoring features are provided for optimum system performance and reliability .
  • The TCC can be fully controlled by the Chromeleon Chromatography Management System, providing a high degree of system integration.
  • All surfaces in the column chamber are made of materials that provide maximum resistance to the most commonly used HPLC solvents.
