The 2996 Waters (PDA) Detector is the one of the most senstive and versatile absorbance detector for the Waters Alliance 2695 HPLC system. 

The Waters 2996 PDA Detector can be used for in-vitro diagnostic testing to analyze many compounds, including diagnostic indicators and therapeutically monitored compounds. The 2996 Detector is a high-sensitivity, versatile UV-Vis detector designed for HPLC and UPLC, featuring 190–800 nm wavelength range, 1.2 nm resolution, and 512 photodiodes. It offers 3D spectral data acquisition, enabling peak purity verification and compound identification, and is optimized for Waters Alliance 2695/2795 systems and Empower/MassLynx software.
