Description
The
Agilent 1260 Infinity micro vacuum degasser, model G1379B, comprises a 4-channel vacuum container, including 4 micro structured membranes, and a vacuum pump. When the micro vacuum degasser is switched on, the control circuit turns on the vacuum pump, which is operated with constant speed andvoltage generates a partial vacuum in the vacuum container. The pressure is measured by a pressure sensor. The micro vacuum degasser maintains the partial vacuum with the help of a controlled leak in the degasser’s proportional valve and by varying size of the controlled leak within the proportional valve, depending on the signal from the pressure sensor.
- 4-Channel Vacuum Degasser
Ideal for low-flow and analytical Liquid Chromatography (LC) applications, especially for high-performance systems up to 5 mL/min.
- Micro Structured Membrane
The unique design enhances degassing efficiency and minimizes internal flow restrictions, improving performance for demanding applications.
With only 1 mL per channel, the degasser allows for rapid solvent flushing, purging, priming, and solvent exchange.
- Controlled Constant Vacuum Pressure Mode
Ensures high degassing efficiency and contributes to significantly reduced baseline noise, leading to more stable and reproducible analyses.
- High-Performance Materials
Solvents flow through PTFE, FEP, and PEEK components to ensure compatibility with various solvents and maintain system integrity.
- Wide pH Range Compatibility
The materials in contact with the solvent allow for use with solvents across a pH range of 1 to 14.
Provides a diagnostic interface for system diagnosis and control.
Built for high instrument uptime with a robust design that relies on a stable vacuum level to ensure consistent degassing.
